Analytics and reporting for a gutter company
Most gutter owners track leads, which is the wrong number. Leads are easy to inflate and tell you nothing about whether October paid for itself. The number that matters is cost per booked job by channel and by service line, and almost nobody in this trade can produce it, which is exactly why the ones who can outgrow the rest.
Getting there needs three things. A distinct tracking number on each source, so Google, Meta, the profile and the yard signs stop blending together. Booked jobs written back to the source, so bidding optimizes toward money rather than toward whoever filled in a form. And one page a month you actually read, showing calls, booked jobs, cost per booked job and margin by channel against the same month last year, because month-over-month comparisons lie in a seasonal trade.
Two weeks gets you the plumbing and a baseline. Compare it against the benchmark report before judging anything.
