Email and SMS campaigns for a gutter company
Gutter work is one of the few trades with a genuinely repeating customer, and most owners never use the list. Every cleaning customer needs the same service again in six to twelve months, and a share of them will buy guards eventually. That list is worth more than any ad account, and it sits inside an invoicing app nobody has ever exported.
Two sequences carry the load. A twice-yearly maintenance reminder timed to your leaf drop and your spring seed pods, sent by text with a one-tap booking link, routinely rebooks 15% to 30% of past customers at almost no cost. Then a guard sequence aimed only at people who have paid for cleaning twice, framed as arithmetic: two cleanings a year at your price against a one-time install, payback period stated plainly.
Keep it boring and compliant. Consent recorded, every message signed with the company name, opt-out honored immediately, nothing sent before 8am or after 9pm.
